Canada-Based Insurer Selects Ultimate Software’s UltiPro for Strategic People Management
Ultimate Software (Nasdaq:ULTI - News), a leading cloud provider of people management solutions, announced today The Co-operators Group Limited, one of Canada’s leading insurers with 6,500 employees, has selected the UltiPro solution to consolidate its people-centric operations, improve the precision and delivery of workforce data, and elevate its strategic talent management capabilities.
The Co-operators is a Canadian-owned and -operated company that has been using separate systems for HR and payroll as well as other in-house systems to fill functional gaps. With eight business entities, the insurance company needed one HCM solution that could handle the entire employee lifecycle for its multiple business units and that included a strong payroll engine and talent management features. To achieve its objectives, The Co-operators HR team selected UltiPro in December 2011.
