Red Wing Software Launches CenterPoint Payroll Software

Red Wing, MN - December 12, 2006 - Red Wing Software, Inc., developer of payroll and accounting software, announces the launch of CenterPoint® Payroll software, a Microsoft® .NET Framework-based application that provides more versatility than other small business payroll software, and has a wide range of pre-defined choices that are standard in the system. CenterPoint Payroll is Red Wing Software's new premier payroll application.
Red Wing Software president, Ken Hilton, says CenterPoint Payroll leads the industry with its wide range of setup options and use of new technology. Users can choose which forms they want to print and file on their own, and which to eFile directly from the system. Direct Deposit is available, and users have the choice of using their own bank. Users have access to unlimited companies and databases, unlimited users, unlimited years of history, unlimited earning and deduction codes, and unlimited user-definable fields. Users can set up reminders in the system to remind themselves when certain processes are due, helping companies meet their tax filing deadlines. For example, pay bills on the 15th of the month or pay taxes when the Federal Tax Liability account is greater than zero.
