Red Wing Software Releases CenterPoint Payroll Version 3.0
System now fully compatible with Microsoft® Windows Vista™
Red Wing, MN – July 16, 2007 – Red Wing Software, Inc. announces the release of CenterPoint Payroll version 3.0. The new version ensures compatibility with Microsoft Windows Vista, improves system performance, enhances report writing, and provides additional methods to pay employees.
CenterPoint Payroll Software now offers complete compatibility with Microsoft® Windows Vista™ operating system, offering customers the ability to remain up-to-date with current technology.
Version 3.0 has improved system performance within posting, payroll processing, list processing, and report selection, creating a system that works more efficiently. The online update process has been improved so that customers can view, choose, and install updates by individual module and add-ons, providing small download sizes and faster installation.
Reporting is expanded with a new user-definable “Quick Filter”, allowing customers to easily add filters or change default filters without leaving the available reports screen. Two new reports have also been added, including a New Employee Payroll Totals Report, which allows users to easily view payroll totals by employee, and an Aatrix Tax Forms Registration Report, simplifying the process of registering and keeping up-to-date with Aatrix Tax Forms via the internet.
Two new features have been added within the Pay Employees function, including a new ‘Calculate Now’ option and improved navigation, both speeding up the pay entry process, and improving ease of use.
