DSA is an automated daily sales reporting system that gives shopping centre and town centre management and retailers the ability to react quickly to current sales trends. Using Interactive Voice Response technology, DSA collects sales data (actual or indexed) and presents it in an easy to understand format for fast, accurate and effective analysis. Designed for anyone who has the responsibility for maximising the sales potential of a retail outlet, DSA can be used by shopping centre developers and owners, shopping centre managers and marketing managers and town centre managers alike. With a range of built-in and customisable reports, including daily, weekly and monthly sales, management summaries, event analysis and historical analysis, DSA allows centre managers and retailers to take immediate action to ensure sales are maximised at all times. Using actual data, DSA collates information from retailers and presents it in a ready to use, easy to read format. Collecting the data is easy, DSA follows 3 simple steps. Notified by an automatic call, each retailer is asked for the sales totals for the previous day, a process that takes 30 seconds using the telephone keypad. DSA then analyses the data and prepares the reports for consultation. As well as retail sales analysis software, additional DSA modules can be included to provide a full sales analysis solution: DSA Index ? Created specifically for the UK, and ideal for centres where retailers prefer to provide indexed rather than actual sales data. Centre management can still get the answers they need when comparing sales figures across dates or sectors, whilst retailers are able to keep their actual sales figures confidential. Infocentre ? A multi-lingual service giving shoppers 24 hour telephone information about the centre, detailing opening hours, special events and promotions. This service can also connect callers directly to retailers. Broadcaster ? Allows managers to record and send voice messages from any touch-tone telephone to selected groups of retailers, 24 hours a day. With a pre-set timer, you ensure the right messages go to the right retailers at the right time. Central ? Automatically collects daily sales information from across a property portfolio in a central location ? allowing sales performance to be measured portfolio wide.
