The Labor Contractor's Office

The Labor Contractor's Office is designed from the ground up for the high volume payroll requirements of farm labor contractors. From data entry to check printing to grower billing, The Labor Contractor's Office can reduce the amount of time required to complete a payroll while managing the information needed to generate labor reports and invoices for the growers.

The Labor Contractor's Office is designed for use on a single computer or on a network. When used on a network, multiple users can enter payroll time, print checks and bill growers at the same time.

In addition to the payroll system, The Labor Contractor's Office offers Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and an integrated Accounts Receivable. Invoices can be generated automatically from the payroll's Grower Labor Reports system and posted to the Accounts Receivable.

The Labor Contractor's Office may also be used by accountants, bookkeepers and payroll services that service the agricultural industry. A separate set of files may be set up for each client.
