Schedule-HR Plus Time & Attendance Module: Performs employee time management with scheduling reconciliation, enforces union or complex pay policies, and better analyze and control labor costs and distribution, validation, time approval and improves the accuracy of payroll.

With an added Time & Attendance terminal this would allow for 2-way communication to our application and back to the terminal. Therefore, employees can view information to find out about their schedule, total hours worked, and more. The Time & Attendance module is used to create and manage the entire employee time records and to process time records for payroll.

The strength of the Time and Attendance applications is its ability to automatically apply an organization’s pay policies. It provides a robust custom rules engine for applying payroll policies and accruals across your organization and interfaces with other applications.
